Our partner Ana Claudia Utumi was a speaker at the 7th Conference of Debates – Administrative and Judicial Tax Litigation, organized by the Brazilian Association of Tax Lawyers (ABAT) on June 29th.
Ana was a panelist in a panel which discussed the criminalization of the Brazilian State VAR (ICMS) and the effects of a recent Federal Supreme Court (STF) decision. The panel was moderated by Ricardo Almeida and Prof. Eduardo Soares de Melo was a speaker alongside Ana.
The in-person event took place at the Federation of commerce of goods, services and tourism of the state of São Paulo (FecomercioSP) on June 29th and 30th.
